These Terms of Service govern the use of InmoReel ("the Service"), an online tool that turns real-estate listings into vertical videos with voiceover. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. The Service is operated by legal@thegeekpixel.com.
InmoReel generates videos (reels) from the URL of a real-estate listing on portals such as Idealista or Fotocasa, or from the photos and data you upload. The video includes a Spanish voiceover, animated details (price, floor area) and your agency branding.
The Service is provided as a video-creation tool. We are not a real-estate agency and we take no part in the sale or rental of the properties shown in your videos.
To use the Service you must be of legal age and use it within your professional real-estate activity. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
Agency accounts are team accounts: the owner can invite other members according to the number of seats in their plan.
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout; every charge generates an invoice with VAT itemized. Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Video quotas are monthly and do not roll over from one month to the next.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge for your plan. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the paid features until you resolve it.
You are solely responsible for holding the necessary rights over the photos, text and data you upload or that are found at the listing URL you link. By using the Service you declare that those photos are from your own listings and that you are entitled to use them to create and publish videos.
Do not upload material you do not have rights to (for example, photos from other agencies' listings). We reserve the right to suspend accounts where there are signs of infringement of third-party rights.
The video InmoReel generates is yours: you may use it commercially on social media, portals and listing pitches, with no attribution required. On paid plans the video comes out without a watermark; on the free trial it carries a watermark.
The voiceover, templates, music and underlying software belong to InmoReel or its licensors: we grant you a license to use the output, not the tool.
You may not use the Service for illegal, misleading or infringing content, nor for properties you do not legitimately manage, nor to attempt to extract, resell or replicate the Service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; there are no partial refunds for the current month unless applicable law requires it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
The Service is provided without any guarantee of commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for how you use the videos or for compliance with the advertising or real-estate rules that apply to your listings.
We may update these terms and will notify you of relevant changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
