1. Data controller

Controller: legal@thegeekpixel.com (legal name, tax ID and address at the end of this page). You can contact us about any privacy matter through the contact page.

2. What data we process

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Agency data: trade name, logo, colors and contact details you set up for your videos.
• Content you upload: listing URLs, property photos and property data (price, floor area, location).
• Generated videos and voiceover (TTS) scripts you create with the Service.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage logs needed to operate the Service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the Service (generating and storing your videos): performance of the contract.
• Managing your subscription and charges: performance of the contract and legal obligation (invoicing).
• Sending you transactional emails (sign-up, video-ready notices, invoices): performance of the contract.
• Support and security: legitimate interest in keeping the Service safe and functional.
• Commercial communications about InmoReel: consent or legitimate interest within a B2B relationship, always with an opt-out.

4. Property photos

The photos you upload or that are extracted from the listing URL are processed only to generate your video. You are responsible for being entitled to use them. We do not use them to train models or for any purpose other than providing you the Service.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting as data processors, under contract and with adequate safeguards:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of photos and videos.
• Microsoft Azure (neural TTS) — generating the voiceover from your script.
• Our hosting provider in the European Union — hosting the application and the database.

6. Location and international transfers

The application and database are hosted on servers in the European Union. Some processors (for example, Stripe, Cloudflare or Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they rely on safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your account data and your videos while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except data we must keep for legal obligations (for example, invoices, for the applicable tax periods). Demos generated for prospecting are deleted after 30 days if there is no reply.

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not addressed your request.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, row-level access control in the database and passwords stored encrypted. No system is infallible, but we work to minimize the risks.
